The death of Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, was not lost on the restaurant’s infamous cows. The cows took a break from their usual antics to pay tribute to the chain’s late founder, via their famous billboards in Georgia. And true to form, their spelling is not the best but they did get his name right. Truett Cathy passed away last week at his home in Georgia at the age of 93. He founded his first restaurant in 1946, and went on to open Chick-fil-A in 1967 here in Atlanta, Georgia.
